I understand that message and data rates may apply. I understand that I am able to unsubscribe/opt out at any point by replying to the message in the proper way or using the unsubscribe link.
I understand that all personal information shared with Joe Dickinson and Funnel Shark is strictly confidential. It will only be used for necessary business processes and will only be viewed by those employed by Joe Dickinson and Funnel Shark.
I agree that once the software has been purchased, I will be the only one with access to the content. It is not to be shared among other individuals.
I agree that within any of the private groups I will be added to, only beneficial business information is to be discussed. These groups are put together to add to your success. There shall not be anything placed in the group that may be inappropriate.
I understand that if I start a free trial and do not cancel before the end of the trial, I will be charged automatically at the trial's completion.
I agree to pay the stated amount on the order form during the time of purchase and keep my subscription up to date or my access will be revoked.
If I am subscribing to a subscription (of any length/term) I agree to paying this amount on a set interval (or payment plan) until subscription has been canceled by myself or by the Funnel Shark team after I have clearly expressed my desire to cancel. I understand I will be charged until my subscription has been canceled.
I understand that I can receive a full refund by contacting support@funnelshark.io. It is my responsibility to inform the Funnel Shark team that I would like a refund. The refund will only be granted if Funnel Shark is notified within 14 days of the start of my subscription.
